SaaS development company

We build software that has to work on the worst day, not the demo day.

vitalysapp, LLC designs and builds web applications, landing pages and mobile apps — for companies, public institutions and individuals. We also build and run our own SaaS products, which is where we learn what actually survives contact with real users.

Services

What we build for clients

We work with private companies, government institutions and individuals with a project of their own. Small enough that you talk to the people writing the code.

Web applications

Systems with accounts, roles and permissions, billing and an admin panel. The kind of software an organisation runs on every day, not a brochure with a form.

  • Role-based access and audit trails
  • Payments and subscriptions
  • Dashboards and reporting

Mobile apps

Android and iOS from a single codebase. Built to keep working when the connection drops, because the field is not the office.

  • Offline-first data and background sync
  • Push notifications and local alarms
  • Accessibility: large type, high contrast

Landing pages and sites

Fast, indexable, measurable pages. No page builder to renew, no plugin that breaks on update — code you own.

  • Static output, no server to maintain
  • Technical SEO and structured metadata
  • Contact forms that reach a real inbox

Our products

We carry our own maintenance bill

We do not only build for others. These are our products — the place where we pay for our own decisions about reliability, accessibility and privacy. Consider them our portfolio, with the support pager attached.

ElderCare Meds

In production

Medication reminders and family follow-up for older adults. It makes sure the person you care for takes their medication on time, and lets the rest of the family know when they don't.

  • Alarms scheduled on the device, so they ring without a connection.
  • Every dose logged as taken, skipped or missed, with a history you can show a doctor.
  • A care circle where each relative only sees the people they actually look after.
  • Health data served through short-lived signed links — never from a public bucket.

An organisational aid, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, prescribe or replace a health professional's judgement.

DocuFind

Paused

A way for businesses to give back the documents their customers leave behind, and for people to find them again. Businesses register what was forgotten; individuals search for it and claim it.

  • Forgotten documents registered from a business dashboard, indexed by type and date.
  • Personal accounts to search and claim: ID cards, passports, driver's licences, professional IDs.
  • Less legal and administrative exposure for the business holding them.
  • Centralised handling across several branches or locations.

Development is currently paused while we focus on ElderCare Meds. There is no public instance right now — write to us if it is relevant to your organisation.

Process

How we work

Most software projects fail on communication, not on code. This is the part we are strict about.

  1. We agree on the problem first

Before any estimate, we write down what has to be true for the project to be worth building. If we cannot state that in a page, it is not ready to start.

  2. Scope, price and dates in writing

A fixed scope with a fixed price, or hourly for open-ended work — your choice, agreed before we start. No change is billed without you approving it first.

  3. You see it working every week

Working software on a URL you can open, not screenshots in a slide deck. If something is going to slip, you hear it from us that week.

  4. You own it at the end

Source code, infrastructure and accounts are handed over in your name. No vendor lock-in and no licence you have to keep renewing to keep your own site online.

Tell us what you need built

Describe the project in a couple of paragraphs and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right people for it — and if we are not, who might be.
